In the primary process as well as in the ones supporting it continuity issues occupy an exponentially and increasingly important place. The control of ‘high impact’ risks that endanger the process however, demand specific and intrinsic knowledge. The Introduction Course ‘Business Continuity Management Essentials’ familiarises you with the principles, basics, target, objective and added value of BCM.

By this course you will get acquainted with the Business Continuity Management process. You will obtain the basic knowledge necessary to position BCM in your organisation and you will learn the basics enabling you to implement them.
